I am currently in the process of obtaining my Medicare provider number. While this is being finalised, my fee has been set at a rate comparable to the typical out-of-pocket (gap) cost that many clients pay when accessing services from psychologists, counsellors, and accredited mental health social workers.
You do not require a Mental Health Care Plan or referral to book an appointment with Memory Lane. You are welcome to self-refer and book a session directly.

I understand that unexpected circumstances can arise and that appointments may occasionally need to be changed. If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice whenever possible.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or appointments that are not attended, may incur a $50 late cancellation fee, unless exceptional circumstances or an emergency have prevented you from attending.
Providing advance notice allows the appointment time to be offered to another individual or family who may be waiting for support. Thank you for your understanding and consideration.
